• Carriage paid amounts for school; shops or bulk customers will be informed individually.
• For items in stock, dispatch your order within 1 working day of you placing it.. Please bear this in mind the effect this has with UK, Dutch public holidays, and Trinity Arts holidays.
• Items out of stock will display a stock figure of 1000 items or less.
• When items are out of stock, usually the items are available within 1-2 weeks, sometimes quick sometimes longer. We will inform you about this ASAP after you have placed your order.
• Where possible we will send you order out in one shipment, unless you ask us to send what we have in stock.   
• If you have any specific dates you need your order by, please let us know.   
• If your delivery does not appear within the time that we say it should, please let us know immediately, as some delivery options are guaranteed, and if it is late we can refund the cost.   
• For missing parcels and/or breakages please inform us no later than 1 week from when the relevant item was or should have been received. Informing us outside of this timescale means that we will be unable to claim for losses/damages with our couriers.
