If you are not happy our service you will be fairly compensated.
We comply with the Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations.
If you want to cancel your order 7 days after receiving it you do not have to tell us why.
If there is something wrong with your product we shall refund you, and pay the postage.
If you bought the wrong item and is still in sellable condition we will refund you, but you will need to pay the postage.

• For items in stock, we dispatch your order within 1 working day of you placing it. Please bear this in mind the effect this has with our holidays ( see above)
•Time sensitive Guaranteed Orders will be dispatched same day when placed before 12 Noon (GMT), if placed after we will dispatch same day where possible.
• When items are out of stock, usually the items are available within 1-2 weeks, sometimes quicker sometimes longer. We will inform you about this ASAP after you have placed your order, or just email us beforehand about the item.
• Where possible we will send you order out in one shipment, unless you ask us to send what we have in stock.
• If you have any specific dates you need your order by, please let us know.
• If your delivery does not appear within the time that we say it should, please let us know immediately, as some delivery options are guaranteed, and if it is late we can refund the cost.
• For missing parcels and/or breakage's please inform us no later than 23hrs from when the relevant item was or should have been received. Informing us outside of this timescale means that we will be unable to claim for losses/damages with our couriers.
• You will receive emails to let you know what is happening with your order and keep you informed from start to finish
