Accuracy and speed are always our priority.
We do not want you to wait any longer than you need to to receive your order. We aim to dispatch all orders that are in stock within 24 hours of receiving them.
Usually orders received before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same day, but we cannot guarantee this unless you Xpress your order.
For the UK, shipping is free on orders over £30, unless you are ordering oversized products like large canvases, in which case these are charged per canvas.
For UK orders under £30, shipping starts at £3.50, and goes up to £4.50
Next day orders are available, stock permitting.
For international orders, we ship airmail, this is only valid if your order is under 2 kilos in weight. If it is over, you will need to contact us for a price.
This does not include holidays or weekends.
So if you place your order between 2.30 pm on Friday (GMT) and Monday, the earliest it will be sent out is on the the Monday. When you place an order, you will also have the opportunity to leave us a note if necessary.
If you have any specific dates you need your order by you can choose your preferred delivery date, please let us know in the CUSTOMER NOTES box at the checkout stage.
Will I be charged import duty?
If you are out side the UK, yes you are liable (however you will not pay UK sales tax on checkout), but you may not receive a bill. Not everyone does, it just depends on your countries customs policy.
Shipping times listed on the checkout page are a guide, and only guaranteed when it says so.
If you choose an Xpress service and it is late you are entitled to a refund of the shipping costs.
If your delivery does not appear within the time that we say it should, please let us know immediately, as some delivery options are guaranteed, and if it is late we can refund the cost.
For missing parcels and/or breakages please inform us no later than 24 hours from when the relevant item was or should have been received. Informing us outside of this timescale means that we will be unable to claim for losses/damages with our couriers.
If your order has been sent by airmail, you may need to wait for up to 30 working days before we can send a replacement, as this is the length of time we have to wait before we can submit a lost claim with the Royal Mail.
You will receive emails to let you know what is happening with your order and keep you informed from start to finish.
