We are not ones for "Legal Jargon", basically the way we operate is that if you are not happy our service you will be fairly compensated. We do comply with the Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations. And in certain circumstances we will pay the cost of returning the item(s) back to us, as we operate a 7 day return policy. Our prices are subject to change without notice, either due to market conditions, or due to our annual price review.

Your right to cancel:

We want you to receive the correct goods from us, first time, in a satisfactory condition. Occasionally, you may want or need to return items.

Further, under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after delivery. This applies to all of our products.

To cancel this contract please advise us of your intentions, in a durable form and ready the items for collection by us or arrange to return the goods to us yourself. In certain circumstances you may be responsible for the cost of returning the items. See below for more information.

Upon receipt of the goods back to us you will receive a full refund of any monies paid or exchange or credit if applicable. Refunds will be processed as soon as practicable but will be processed within a maximum 30 days. Nothing stated herein affects your Statutory Rights.

If there is something wrong with your product we shall refund you, and pay the postage.

If you bought the wrong item and is still in saleable condition we will refund you, and pay the postage.

If you bought the wrong item, and there is nothing wrong with it and is still in saleable condition we will refund you, but you will need to pay the postage.
