• Gives optimum adhesion to a ground painted with Wasco or Panda

• After drying an image can be scratched onto the Opaque black layer, allowing the underlying colours to emerge

UK delivery starts from £3.50 with free delivery on orders over £30 (excluding the Channel Isles).

Unfortunately due to extra packing and shipping costs, we cannot do this on some product, mainly oversized ones such as large canvases.
