Ideal paper for making masks and other delicate crafty items, whether you are just getting started or are a seasoned professional.
If you are needing to create a papier-Mache mask or something similar that has fine amounts of detail then it is worth considering using the 400gr wool sheets initially, as the lighter weighted carte lana paper picks up finer surface details that are present in your chosen mould. After which you can move on the the heaver weighted 500gr and 600grm wool paper to thicken things up and give more strength and structure.
We are pleased to introduce the availability of a new product: the absorbent/blotting wool paper, specifically designed to make masks in paper machè! Same use and color of the old wool paper but 100% made in Italy
Reams
The new wool paper (Carta Lana alternative) has a size of approx 375x500mm when ordered in a ream or a single sheet.
300gr (NEW) Approx 440 sheets per ream
A pack of 15 has a size of 250x375mm
400gr = approx 350 sheets
500gr = approx 260 sheets
Each ream weighs approx 25 kilos.
Packs
Carte Lana packs are are half the size of the reams, 250x375mm and contain 15 sheets in each pack.
The New 300 wool paper is now sold by the sheet.
UK Delivery
UK delivery starts from £3.50 with free delivery on orders over £30 (excluding the Channel Isles).
Unfortunately due to extra packing and shipping costs, we cannot do this on some product, mainly oversized ones such as large canvases.
